Warranty:
The standard warranty for all products is 6 months from the date of purchase.
Each MEERKAT product has a 12 month warranty from the date of purchase.
(This is only valid for manufacturing defaults).

Warranty Terms & Conditions:
Should any default occur please do the following:

Email us for the reason why you want to return the product. Please indicate the proof and date of purchase and add photos of the default with a proper description.
We will respond by email within 5 business days with further steps to follow.
The return address will be made available once the return email is confirmed.
We will notify you when the product is received.

After inspection of the defective product we will gladly repair or replace any
MEERKAT product with a manufacturing default.

A product default excludes:
Damage from normal wear and tear
Damage from any alterations
Damage from negligence, incorrect use or abuse of the product
